Leslieville, Riverdale, Riverside, Playter Estates and Greektown are dense with Victorian and Edwardian rowhouses, and most of the outdoor space is a small front walkway, a porch, and sometimes a laneway. Those small footprints still collect grime and algae the same way a full driveway does, and a short paver walkway with weeds coming through the joints is exactly the job a wash and fresh sand fixes in an afternoon.
A garden hose will not touch years of algae, oil and grime, but pressure washing will. We adjust pressure and technique surface by surface, softer for siding and wood, stronger for concrete and stone, so driveways, patios, decks and walkways come back to their original colour without any damage. More on pressure washing.
When the sand in your paver joints washes out, weeds move in, ants follow, and the stones start to shift. Polymeric sanding fixes it: we wash the joints clean, let them dry fully, then pack in fresh polymeric sand and activate it with water so it locks the surface back down. More on polymeric sanding.
