Scarborough covers a lot of ground, from the bluff top streets in Cliffside and Scarborough Village down to Guildwood and West Hill near the lake, and inland through Agincourt, Malvern and Highland Creek. Plenty of the paver driveways and walkways out this way have gone years without a wash or a fresh joint of sand, and that is the work we are out here doing regularly.
Pressure washing strips years of dirt, algae and oxidation off driveways, patios, siding and decks and brings the surface back to its original colour. We match the pressure and the method to the surface, a soft wash for siding and wood, more pressure for concrete and stone, so nothing gets damaged along the way. More on pressure washing.
Polymeric sanding locks interlock and paver joints back down once regular sand washes out. We pressure wash the joints clean, let the surface dry, then brush in fresh polymeric sand and set it with water so it hardens in place, stopping weeds, ants and shifting stones. More on polymeric sanding.
